Terms of Service

By using Tizilo you agree to these terms.
The service
Tizilo helps you track mileage, expenses, receipts, invoices and estimated taxes. Tax estimates, reports and suggestions are for planning only and are not tax, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for your tax filings; check them with a qualified professional.
Plan, trial and billing
- One plan: $20 per month or $200 per year, billed in advance.
- New accounts get a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged for the plan you chose when the trial ends, and then every month or year until you cancel.
- We remind you 2 days before the trial ends and on the last day.
- Cancel any time in Settings › Plan. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the trial or paid period. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires.
- Referral credits: $20 off your next bill for each referred friend who makes a first payment, up to 10 per year. Credits have no cash value and are not refunded.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at your next renewal.
Your account and data
Keep your sign-in secure. Your data is yours; you can download it at any time. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, access other people's accounts, or upload unlawful content.
Third-party services
Bank connections (Plaid), payments (Stripe) and sign-in providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages or errors.
Disclaimer and limits
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will post changes here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA.
